Only licensed contractors and installers are eligible to participate in the 2025 ProFX Rebate Program (the “Program”). By submitting a rebate request form for an eligible purchase, a licensed contractor/installer becomes a “Participant.” Homeowners are not eligible to participate in the Program.

The Program runs from January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025 (the “Term”).

Each Participant may receive rebates, in accordance with the above chart, on up to three separate purchases each of $1,000 or more of Eligible Products (as defined below) made during the Term.

Participants may submit only one rebate claim per rebate offer (1st, 2nd or 3rd time).

Cannot be combined with any other rebate or discount on RailFX® products except Express Mount Brackets & Classic Series Cables Promo (4/1/25 – 8/31/25).

”Eligible Products” include RailFX® custom aluminum railing systems, FlexFX fittings, cable kits, Express Mount Brackets, and RailFX cable railing accessories and installation tools purchased during the Term in North America or on an island located in the Caribbean through approved sellers, dealers, lumber yards or home centers.

All completed rebate request forms and supporting documentation for the 2025 ProFX Rebate must be submitted online, through this website, no later than February 15, 2026. Invoices must show Participant company name, date of purchase, product description / brand, quantity and purchase price. Failure to provide this information could result in the delay or denial of the rebate.

Each rebate request shall be subject to review and approval by RailFX® and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable rebate. RailFX® is not responsible for a Participant’s failure to properly submit all required materials online by the deadline.

RailFX® reserves the right to modify this program or terminate it at any time. All aspects of the Program and these Terms and Conditions are subject to RailFX’s® interpretation at its sole discretion.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of a rebate payment under this program shall be the responsibility of the Participant.

Rebates earned in 2024 will be included in the total rebate count for 2025 (maximum of three (3) rebates in total). For example, if a Participant received two (2) rebates in 2024, they will only be eligible to receive one (1) additional rebate in 2025. This pattern shall continue in subsequent years of the Rebate Program, with rebates received during the preceding year counting toward the maximum number of rebates a Participant may earn in the current Program year.
Approved rebates will be issued via check to Participants based upon the verifiable information provided. Checks will be mailed to the address submitted online. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive rebate check.

2025 Photo Contest Submission
The 2025 RailFX® photo contest runs January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025. Winners will be selected by February 20, 2026. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states they are 18 years of age or older.
Who can enter?
Anyone age 18 years or older. Individuals affiliated with RailFX®, including employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to win the cash prize but may submit photos for photo recognition in use of any advertising, print or web. RailFX® will determine winners’ eligibility at its sole discretion.
What to enter?
Photos of projects using RailFX® product. Projects may include decks, stairs, fences, or other applications interior, exterior, residential or commercial. We would encourage you to take multiple photos from different angles and at different times of day to find the most interesting and unique shots.
Submitted photos must be a .jpg format, minimum 800px by 600px and 300 DPI resolution. Cropped photographs are eligible. We do not accept digitally or otherwise enhanced or altered photos. The products shown in the photos must be of the RailFX® brand.

Judging
Judging will be conducted by a panel of employees.
RailFX® will notify the winners via contact information they provided at the time of entry within 30 days of the judging of contest.
Winners will be posted on the RailFX® web site within 60 days of the end of the contest and certain non-winning photos may also be posted. Winners will be responsible for paying any taxes they may owe on a prize.
Release of liability
All entrants release RailFX® and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, and employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Contest, and/or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury. RailFX® is not responsible for printing, production, or typographical errors or omissions, or other similar errors or omissions.
By sending your submission and entering the Contest, you certify that you have read all of the Official Contest Rules and accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of RailFX®, which shall be final, binding, and conclusive on all matters. All entries and photographs become the exclusive property of RailFX® and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Rights to photograph
An entrant must hold all rights to a submitted photograph. Submission of an entry grants RailFX® and its affiliated companies the unrestricted right to modify, edit, adapt, alter, publish and/or use the submitted photograph in any way, at any time and in any and all media in connection with the advertising or promotion of RailFX® products or services, without consideration or payment to the entrant or to any other third party. At its discretion, RailFX® also reserves the right to include the name of the entrant as well as the city and state in which the photo was taken in any and all such above described advertising and promotional activities.
Photos received from builders or contractors will be credited if used for promotional purposes. (Examples: Photo courtesy of ABC Company; Photo courtesy of John Smith Builders). Company name must accompany submitted photo.
