2025 RailFX Express Mount Bracket® & Classic Series Cables Promotion Terms & Conditions

All customers located in North America and the Caribbean are eligible to participate in the 2025 RailFX Express Mount Bracket® and Classic Series Cables Rebate Promotion (the “Promotion”). By submitting a rebate request form for an eligible purchase, a customer becomes a “Participant.”
The Promotion runs from April 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025 (the “Term”).
Each Participant may receive rebates, in accordance with these terms, on all purchases of Eligible Products (as defined below) made during the Term. There is no limit to the number of Eligible Products a Participant may purchase and receive a rebate for during the Term.
”Eligible Products” include RailFX Express Mount Bracket® and Classic Series Cables products purchased during the Term in North America or on an island located in the Caribbean through approved sellers, dealers, lumber yards or home centers.
All completed rebate request forms and supporting documentation for the Promotion must be submitted online, through this website, no later than September 30, 2025. Invoices must show Participant name and company name (if applicable), date of purchase (must be between April 1 and August 31, 2025), product description / brand, quantity and purchase price. Failure to provide all information requested could result in the delay or denial of the rebate.
Each rebate request shall be subject to review and approval by RailFX® and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable rebate. RailFX® is not responsible for a Participant’s failure to properly submit all required materials online by the deadline.
RailFX® reserves the right to modify this program or terminate it at any time. All aspects of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to RailFX’s® interpretation at its sole discretion.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of a rebate payment under this Promotion shall be the responsibility of the Participant.
Rebates earned under this Promotion may be combined with rebates earned under the 2025 ProFX Rebate Program.

Payment Details

Approved rebates will be issued via check to Participants based upon the verifiable information provided. Checks will be mailed to the address submitted online. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive rebate check.
